I have been drafting for over 25 years, and doing telecommunications for almost 20 years, yet I am still learning. Working at Stalcup & Associates continues to teach me about the telecom industry while allowing me to improve my AutoCAD skills.
I have had a lot of bosses in my career. Larry Stalcup is hands down the best! He lets you do your job. He expects good work, but he does not micromanage.
One thing I really love is that I’ve been given room to grow. I’ve been trusted with real responsibilities, encouraged to share ideas, and I’ve learned so much along the way. It’s the kind of place where hard work is noticed, but you’re also encouraged to take breaks, recharge, and have fun.
Working with Larry and the rest of the team has been an invaluable learning experience. Over the years, facing and overcoming various challenges has been rewarding and fulfilling.
